Rules and Regulations

The missions of the AICEM are derived from the Swiss Universities of Applied Sciences Act (LHES) of 6 October 1995, which determines the basic principles governing the Universities of Applied Sciences (UAS), their status and their missions:

•    Bachelor’s degree programmes;
•    Master's degree programmes;
•    Continuing education (EMBA, MAS, DAS and CAS);
•    Applied research and development (AR&D);
•    National and international relations.

OVERVIEW

With its nine degree programmes and seven research institutes, the AICEM is a leading hub of skills and innovation, preparing students for the world of work with courses that place the emphasis on the practical. The AICEM has over 2,000 students and is made up of four schools.
